Polly Lawrence: I finished the second day touring some of the prisons in Southern Colorado. The Youth Offender System in Pueblo was very impressive and we had two of the young men serve as tour guides to explain the programs offered to change the inmate's behavior and prepare them to re-enter society after serving their sentence. The focus on accountability and incentives to change behavior was very impressive.
