Representative Steve Humphrey is presenting HB13-1157 in the Old Supreme Court Chambers. This bill would give school districts the option to allow staff to carry concealed in primary and secondary schools. The witness sign-up has over 100 people and we will hear testimony from everyone who took the time to come down to the Capitol. This bill doesn't REQUIRE a district to allow this policy, but it gives the OPTION to those districts who choose to do so for the safety of their students.
